At Rise Rejuvenation Center, we believe in transparency, integrity, and clear communication. The following policies allow us to provide elevated, personalized care while maintaining fairness for all clients. Please review carefully.
Payment Policy
Payment is due in full at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved financing options. Membership and program fees are billed monthly as outlined in the membership or program agreement.
Injectables & Package Purchases
All injectable treatments are charged per unit, per syringe, or per treatment area as applicable. Prepaid packages or series are non-refundable but may be transferable at the discretion of management. Unused packages may expire as outlined in the package agreement.
Memberships
Membership benefits are outlined in the membership agreement. Monthly membership fees are non-refundable. Membership discounts apply only while membership is active. Cancellation policies are defined within the membership contract.
Cancellations & No-Show Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule appointments. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a $50-per-service cancellation fee. Repeated missed appointments may require prepayment to book future visits.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of medical and aesthetic services, results cannot be guaranteed. Services rendered are non-refundable. Products may be returned unopened within 30 days, per product policy. Compounded medications are non-refundable once dispensed.
Insurance
Rise Rejuvenation Center operates primarily as a private-pay practice. We do not bill insurance unless otherwise specified. Clients are responsible for all charges incurred.
Consultations
Your consultation at Rise is more than a brief conversation — it is a comprehensive facial and/or wellness assessment designed to create a long-term plan aligned with your goals, lifestyle, and aesthetic philosophy. To honor the time and expertise of our medical providers, we require a consultation investment for injectables consultations, skincare consultations, wellness consultations, and peptide consultations.
Touch-Up / Adjustment Policy
Some treatments may require a follow-up visit to assess results. If a touch-up is medically appropriate, it will be discussed during your follow-up appointment. Additional product or treatment may result in additional cost. For example, if a higher dose of neurotoxin is needed to achieve the desired level of correction, the additional units will be billed accordingly. Minor refinements for symmetry may be provided at no charge at the provider’s discretion. Any complimentary adjustments, if offered, are at the sole discretion of the provider and must be completed within 45 days of the original treatment date.
Emergency / After-Hours Contact Policy
If I experience an urgent medical concern following treatment, I agree to contact Rise Rejuvenation Center directly at the provided emergency number. For life-threatening emergencies, I will call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Compounded Medication Policy
I understand that certain medications provided through Rise Rejuvenation Center may be compounded medications and are not FDA-approved in the same manner as commercially manufactured drugs. I acknowledge that I have had the opportunity to ask questions and understand the risks and benefits prior to use. Compounded medications are non-refundable once dispensed.
Late Arrival Policy
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and may forfeit their appointment fee to respect the time of other guests and providers.
